Tulsa, OK – The City of Tulsa joined local partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the new Brush Arbor Grove Dog Park in Downtown Tulsa’s Arts District.

According to city officials, the new dog park will be located at the former Legacy Park site and is intended to provide additional recreational space for residents and their pets as Downtown Tulsa continues to grow.

Officials said the project aims to address increasing demand for a dedicated area where dogs can run and play closer to home for people living in the downtown area.

The city recognized several organizations involved in the project, including the Downtown Tulsa Partnership, PartnerTulsa, Tulsa Arts District, Tulsa Animal Services, and Tulsa Parks.

City leaders described the groundbreaking as an important milestone for continued downtown development and community amenities in the Arts District.
