Tulsa, OK – The Tulsa Fire Department, in collaboration with the American Red Cross and BOK Center employee volunteers, launched “Project Life,” a community risk reduction program aimed at fire prevention and safety.

On the launch day, teams from Engine 6, Ladder 27, Ladder 20, and Engine 15, along with the American Red Cross and 50 BOK Center employees, visited 462 homes in the Cooper and Cherokee Village neighborhoods.

The teams installed 52 smoke alarms to help keep Tulsa families safe.

Working smoke alarms save lives! Tulsa residents who need assistance with smoke alarms can call 918-596-9422 for help.
